GrowsFiber’s immersion cooling optical transceiver integrates a fiber optic pigtail on the optical port side of the module. The module adopts super air-tight packaging technology and can be immersed in a depth of 1 meter. It is the most efficient data center server/switch high-speed interconnection solution.

GrowsFiber’s immersion cooling optical transceivers are widely used in data centers adopting liquid-cooling heat dissipation methods, including multi-mode and single-mode series. Among them, the transmission distance of the former can reach up to 100 to 400 meters; the latter can reach up to 2 to 10 kilometers.

Designed by the GIGALIGHT R&D team and manufactured by GrowsFiber’s Yancheng factory, each immersion cooling optical transceiver has undergone strict pressure testing and performance testing to meet the use environment of immersion cooling and provide the best cooling performance for liquid-cooled data centers.

GrowsFiber’s immersion liquid-cooled optical modules are manufactured using GIGALIGHT’s self-developed immersion liquid cooling technology, which supports the operating temperature range of 0-60 degrees Celsius in an immersion liquid cooling environment. Due to the ultra-high heat dissipation efficiency of the immersion liquid cooling, it provides the best operating environment for the optical module, and the actual energy consumption is also smaller than that of the ordinary optical module, which saves both the energy consumption cost and the heat dissipation cost for the data center.

At the same time, GrowsFiber’s immersion liquid-cooled optical modules have undergone very strict reliability tests, which can provide lower bit error rates and higher signal integrity.
